Our Commission Structure:

Home Advantage applies a variable commission rate structure as our standard practice, while most other brokers charge a fixed rate commission.  Value is charged only for value delivered.  Depending on who sources the buyer, our commission varies from the listing commission only to a maximum commission covering the listing and buyer's broker commissions.  Our listing commission rate is typically also much lower than other brokers', in many cases 2/3 lower.  These two factors combined make for significant savings.  And Home Advantage never charges a transaction fee.

Here's an example using a home that sells for $350,000:
