And finding a buyer is only the beginning of the serious work involved in selling a home.  Equally important are the additional tasks that lead to a successful sale:  negotiating the offer, getting it properly documented in an executed contract, and moving on through an inspection, an appraisal, the title work, and then closing and any post-closing follow-up required.  We remain fully hands-on throughout this process.
